This is a piece of luggage that you can't go wrong with. The 28″ Osprey Sojourn is a piece of luggage that I have been using for about 3 years. I purchased this item before Rosita and I went to Italy in 2015. I used the bag on that trip, a 2 week trip to Germany, Switzerland and Italy in 2017, a 2 week trip to Belgium and The Netherlands in 2018 and around 50 domestic trips of from 1 to 5 days. The bag still looks almost new. It is the only bag I have used during this time. My day job requires me to travel in my sales territory and this requires 50 to 60 nights out a year plus several personal trips a year. The garment has one large compartment to put all of my clothes. It has 1 long pocket along each side of the bag to separate smaller items. It has a small compartment at the top to put shoes or dirty socks and underwear. The wheels on the bag roll very quietly and smoothly. There is a large zippered compartment where the backpack straps go. Along with the straps I can pack a medium to large jacket. You can remove the backpack straps to store more in this compartment. This is a bag that I have come to rely on and I plan to use it for several more years.

The Samsonite High Sierra Rolling Backpack is Rosita’s bag of choice. It is carry on size with 1 outer and 3 inner compartments and has rolling wheels and backpack straps. She purchased this about the same time that I bought the Osprey. I did not think that Rosita would be able to pack for our 2 week trips in this size bag. She however has surprised me and has used only this bag for our 3 latest trips to Europe.

I recently purchased the Canon 80D with 18-135mm stabilized lens. If you click on the link above it will give you different configurations in case you want different or no lenses. I have an older Canon Rebel camera and was going to get the body only, but the older lenses aren’t stabilized. I shot with it on a long weekend in Denver Colorado, the Rocky Mountain National Park and another weekend trip in Mobile AL. I shot all of my photos on a recent 2 week trip to Belgium and The Netherlands and the camera is amazing. I purchased a 64 GB SD card to make sure I have room for videos. It has a wifi connection and I even figured out how to download my photos wirelessly to my phone. Now when I go to edit photos or insert them in articles, the photos are already on my computer.

The PacSafe CamSafe V18 is the camera bag I use when I travel other than for work. Unfortunatley it is no longer available on Amazon or at PacSafe. The PacSafe CamSafe V9 is a slightly smaller replacement. My V18 gives me an extra sense of security because the material in the bag and the shoulder straps are slash proof. All of the zippers have latches when they are closed and have little pockets to tuck the closed zipper & latch away. This is going to make pickpockets move on to someone else who is less prepared. The V9 looks to have most of the features of the V18 but in a slightly smaller format. They state you can pack a DSLR, 2 lenses and an 11" laptop or an iPad in it.

This is a wallet I recently purchased. This is more than I usually pay for a wallet but I decided to give myself a Prime Day Present! The wallet is great, feels good and looks good. If you want to pamper someone special you won't go wrong with this wallet. It is made similar to the one I previously used, but it is a major upgrade in material. I wanted an RFID blocking wallet and this one has that. Prior to purchasing this wallet I had my credit card information stolen. I received a call from the fraud department for American Express. My credit card had been used a couple of times that day and I had only recently left the house. I am the only user of the card and it had not been out of my possession. Someone either scanned my card while it was in my wallet or someone copied the information while I was paying a restaurant bill. I suspect the latter since I had 4 credit cards in my wallet and this was the only one that had been compromised. I want to do all I can to protect myself in the future and feel confident that this wallet will help me do so.

I have a similar coin tray that I picked up while I was in Florence Italy. I bought it from one of the many street vendors in the city. It has really come in handy and I use it mostly when I travel. It is a great place to put my keys, room card, wallet and coins. Usually you have something more permanent that you use at home. This one unsnaps so that it will lay flat in a suitcase and not take up any room. If you get a different one and want to use it for travel make sure you get one that will snap together. Some on Amazon are riveted together and do not come apart. The ones with snaps will make it much easier to pack it in your luggage.

I have a travel scale that is very similar to this one. With the weight limits now on checked luggage I feel it is a necessity. I purchased one because when we travel, we always buy souvenirs, things we see that we have to have and gifts for the grandkids. Now we no longer have to hold our breath at the airport when returning home, hoping that we didn't go over the weight limit. This scale is very small and will fit in a small pocket of your luggage. Just remember to turn it off when you finish, because I didn't and I will have to replace the battery before our next trip.

Before our last trip to Belgium and The Netherlands, Rosita gave me this toiletry bag. She knew I had been looking at this one and my old cloth one was starting to show some wear. It is made similar to the one I had, but this one does look much better and is very functional. You can hang it up in your hotel room or just roll it out on the counter, like I do most of the time. I have a Braun electric razor and the razor and its case fits perfectly in the bag when I close it up. This one looks good, holds needed toiletries and I'm sure you will love it when you travel.

This is the purse Rosita bought before our last trip to Europe. It has a slash resistant strap and mesh panel so people can't cut through the purse to steal your valuables. Two of the four zippered compartments have locking hardware on them for added safety. The four compartments are perfect for Rosita for organizing the items she likes to carry when we are traveling. It has RFID blocking interior pockets to keep your credit card and passport safe. Rosita wears it cross body comfortably for added security. She loves the purse and has continued to use it at home. She did say she had a hard time choosing from the available colors!

Personally for my camera and electronic bag I prefer a sling type of bag, like my Pacsafe Camsafe bag that you see above. Many people prefer a backpack for these items. I looked through camera backpacks on Amazon and found one I would like to have if I were to have a need for a backpack. The feature I like about this one is that it has plenty of room for additional camera accessories such as extra lenses or bodies. Overall I believe this bag will have a good bit more room than my Sling bag. It has adjustable inside compartments and outside pockets including a padded one for your laptop, making it a good choice for a Prime Day Purchase.
